What happens in the treatment?

Consultation: Your first treatment will include a full consultation just to take some basic personal and medical details, this will only take about 5 minutes and you will be asked to complete and sign a consultation form before any treatment can take place. The consultation is designed to ensure you don't have any health issue that would make it is unsafe for you to receive a massage treatment your welfare is always the most important part of the treatment.

During the treatment: Your Massage will take place in my comfortable treatment room with some soft music playing to help you relax and switch off. I will always leave the room whilst you undress and dress to make sure you have plenty of privacy. During the massage your body will be covered at all times with towels, with the exception of the area I’m working on. Cushions will help to support you and the heated blanket (if required) will help to keep your body and muscles warm.

Aftercare advice will be recommended to you to help prolong the positive effects of the massage treatment and ensure your comfort and well-being.
